I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was approved as submitted with one addition regarding a report from Allan Carlson on the web-site activity.
II. Public Comment
There was no public comment presented to the WMCA Board of Directors.
III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting (November 11, 2009) and the WMCA General Meeting ( November 18, 2009)
The minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting on November 11, 2009 were approved with one correction (insertion of “the” before bench in Item IV).
