Board of Directors Present: Carol Goldstein, President; Allan Carlson, Vice President; Judy Haines, Treasurer– At – Large; Thomas Schuerger, Director – At – Large; Joe Volz, Director – At – Large.
Absent: Noel Farmer (previous commitment) and Wendall Eaton (illness).
I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved as submitted.
II. Public Comment
There was no public comment presented to the Board of Directors.
III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday – January 14, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Worman’s Mill Clubhouse.
The minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday – January 14, 2009 were unanimously approved with the following corrections noted:
A. In 3 places in section XII Attendance at Frederick City Alderman Meetings, alderman should be changed to aldermen.
The minutes of the General Meeting on Wednesday – January 21, 2009 were unanimously approved with the following corrections noted:
A. In section I. Announcements NAC should be shown as Neighborhood Advisory Council.
