Serving the Worman’s Mill Community

WMCA Board Minutes 7-8-2009 (cont.)

VI. Web-Site Update
Allan Carlson reported that there had recently been about 200 visitations per week to the WMCA web-site.  He also indicated that the links for member solicitation and questions for the forum had been implemented in the web-site. It was decided that the next concerns article in the web-site would be about door-to-door solicitation in the Worman’s Mill community. Carol stated that she would investigate this topic in terms of the approval process for soliciting and inquire about the possibility of publishing the approvals in the Mill Monitor along with the purpose of the solicitation and the requirement of having the proof of conservancy approval displayed or presented during the soliciting event. The results of this investigation will be presented in an article on the WMCA web-site.
