I. State Delegates Forum Program
Carol Goldstein explained the Primary Election results concerning the Forum for District 3A State Delegates. She added that the Forum would involve two Democrats (Galen Clagett and Candy Greenway) and one Republican (Patrick Hogan). Carol introduced Dick Menzer as the Moderator for the Forum, Allan Carlson as the Time Keeper for the Forum, and related that she would assume the position of Sergeant At Arms. The minutes for the responses from the candidates will be presented as the following exhibits to these minutes for Phase I (Candidates’ presentations); Phase II (Responses to selected questions); and Phase III (Questions from the audience and responses from the candidates):

II. Adjournment
After adjournment was approved, the raffle for the fifty dollar dinner coupon for the Monocacy Crossing Restaurant was conducted.
