at solicitation, please get the name, organization the individual represents and possibly the phone number and turn this information over to Patty at 301-696-9476.  She has said that she will act to ensure that the offending group is notified that they must cease and desist.
 
The only group which had been given permission by the Conservancy to solicit from the community was the volunteer fire department and no other group since has been given such permission.
