V. Material for Mill Monitor – April 15th Deadline
Carol Goldstein will include the following topics in her WMCA article for the Mill Monitor: 1) Neighborhood Advisory Council (NAC) update; 2) information on the May 20th General Meeting guest speaker; 3) update on the WMCA web-site and the placing of the web-site address in the favorites category of the computer; 4) use of the WMCA web-site to vote for the preferred panel discussion topic; 5) the e-mail addresses for dinner registrations and the web-site; and 6) the Board of Directors Planning Meetings on May 13th to be in the Clubhouse Library and on June 10th to be in the Clubhouse Card Room.
VI. Web-Site and E-Mail List Update
Allan Carlson reported that the WMCA Web-Site was officially implemented on March 11, 2009. Allan was congratulated for achieving this milestone for the WMCA.

Carol reported that the following citizens have declared their candidacies to date for the Frederick City elections for Mayor: More
