into other articles beyond the home page.  He also reported that we have 237 e-mail addresses to date.  Judy Haines reported that we have 115 paid memberships to date.  Tom Schuerger suggested that Allan place an article on the homepage on how to become a WMCA member with checks being sent to Judy Haines.  The Board of Directors discussed and put on consideration for the future the distribution of WMCA membership cards and the distribution of a WMCA membership directory.  

VII. Discussion of Process for Candidates’ Forum
It was decided that Tom Schuerger would be the Moderator for this event.  Carol indicated that questions would be solicited from the membership in the month of June and that five questions would be sent to all candidates ten days in advance of the Forum.  The committee would also construct additional questions as back-up in case they would be needed.  There would also be an opportunity for the audience to ask questions at the forum.  

VIII. Discussion:  Panel Discussion Topics
The Board of Directors decided to place this project on hold and bring it back for consideration in the 2010 year.
