 Board of Directors Present:  Carol Goldstein, President; Allan Carlson, Vice-President; Judy Haines, Treasurer; Thomas Schuerger, Director- At- Large; Joe Volz, Director – At – Large; and Noel Farmer, Secretary
 Absent:  Wendell Eaton, Director – At – Large (recuperating) and John Martin, Immediate Past President
I. Approval of Agenda
The agenda was unanimously approved as submitted with the substitution of Carol Goldstein’s name in place of Joe Volz’s name for responsibilities with the Candidates’ Forum.  

II. Public Comment
There was no public comment presented to the Board of Directors.

III. Approval of Minutes for the Board of Directors Planning Meeting (March 11, 2009) and WMCA General Meeting Minutes (March 18, 2009)
The March 11, 2009 Board of Directors Planning Meeting minutes were approved with one correction (Judy Haines clarified how the business size card announcing the WMCA web-site address would be used.).  The March 18, 2009 WMCA General Meeting Minutes were unanimously approved.
